New Here
I have been married for almost 3 months now. I know we should be happy and still in the honeymoon right!

My husband is currently going through the MEB/PEB and has been for the last year and a half. Everything seems to be going wrong. They finally gave him a firm diagnosis of PTSD and offered very little help. He went through a short couseling but he didn't feel it helped.

I was not with him when he was deployed and have only seen a little of what he has to deal with in the army. I guess where I am going with this is I don't know what to say or do to make him feel better. I keep getting you don't understand your not in the army or, you don't have PTSD you don't know what it does to a person.

Sure everything he says is right I don't know but I'm trying to understand. What do I say to him? He gets upset yells and then the next day says he's sorry. He fixates on one issue and will not drop it.

We live with my parents right now untill he is out then we are supposed to move back to his home town (we are in WA he is from GA). He says when he is home he will be better. He will be around his people and his way of life. But for now we a stuck here and I'm trying to make the best of it but it just doesn't seem like enough.

I need advise I don't know were to turn.
Thank you for any help
Liz
