Back At Warrior.

Three months ago,almost to the day I attended my three day Warrior Therapy course.

Well I'm back for the first refresher session. Apprehensive but so much calmer than I was the first time.

Actually looking forward to starting tomorrow morning.

Refresher day has ended. Just the 3 hours travelling to get home to endure now.

Has gone much better than I could ever have imagined. Will update properly later. :)

Finally able to start the slow recovery after intensive therapy. Not in a position to update this thread properly though. I shall update as soon as I feel able. So many positives mentally that my mind is literally spinning at the moment. Just need to sleep properly for the first time in nearly 5 days.
