I woke up this morning feeling like I was in a fog. My eyes feel like theres a mist over them. I can't get out of it and its starting to freak me out. Now I'm getting panicky.
I had this. I don't have anything that will make it go away, I had to sleep through it.
But it's a very real symptom of anxiety and disassociation/depersonalistion. You can try the grounding yourself technique. Concentrate on all your senses. It sometimes helps me
I get this. I blame it on allergies, but I am not really allergy prone. I rinse my eyes with cool (not cold) water. If it is bad enough, I fill a pan big enough to put my face in and open my eyes in the water.
