Hi! I know this is an older thread but I have a weird tip that's helped me through my worst depressive episodes that may help you with the things you struggle to do. I make a chart with a few things on it like, eat three times (each one seperate), take a walk outside, read for 10 minutes, wash my face, brush my teeth, and label them on the top for the days of the week. Depending on how bad I am, they'll have more or less things to do, and I customize it by how I feel at the beginning of the week. Every time I do something on the list, I give myself a colorful star! I even got stickers for it at one point, like in kindergarten! I didn't want to do the things, but I wanted a star, so I would do them! and an extra star at the end of the week if I did them all every day. Some weeks it would only be three things to do, other weeks I was able to list about 5-10! I hope you're feeling a bit better now

Great list!

Another thing that comes to mind is if you can make some time for anything that tends to bring some joy or fun or feeds the soul kind of thing. Seems to be the first thing to go out of the window when depressed.
