With caffeine tablets, well, pharmacy should be able to consult you on the frequency of usage, eventually how much is too much? You can always lowen the dosage yourself if you take over lot the first time.

Regarding tea, the caffeine content depends on the type of tea and how you brew it. Pu-erh (a type of tea), properly brewed, can come close to coffee in terms of caffeine content.

Caffeine is also a common ingredient in over-the-counter pills intended to help treat stress headaches.

Regardless of how you get your fix, however, please be careful. Too much caffeine can lead to serious problems.

I recently read that caffeine is linked to anxiety so be careful you don't over do it or you will just be adding to the problem. It may increase you focus and concentration but too much of too often can make things worse, especially on the come down.

I am extremely sensitive to caffeine and have been told by my gp to cut it out of my diet if possible. I have managed to reduce it to one decaf tea a day which still contains a shocking amount of caffeine considerting the name of it. Since doing so my anxiety levels have reduced noticably but my concentration levels have dropped so much that i struggle to finish anything so i have increased my vitamin and omega 3 (lots of fruit and veg and one portion of oily fish at least 3 times a week) intake and this seems to have helped.

Maybe try adding other things to your diet instead of caffeine and see if it helps.

Have you heard of Yerba Mate? It's used to make a kind of tea in south america, and has caffeine levels comparable to coffee. Also has a ton of antioxidants too.
