Can Anyone Suggest A Counsellor In The Northwest Of England Who Could Help Me

I have recently discovered that my son who is in his early 20s has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and my daughter who is slightly older has once again been put on antidepressants. Both of them are spiralling down into more and more scary places.. Their father seems to have many aspects of psychopathy and has reeked so much havoc on both our children and myself. I live in a constant state of fear that I will lose one or both of my wonderful talented but hurt children. I need to find some way of staying strong enough for them and find insights into their worlds. I am really struggling with my feelings of inadequacy. Does anyone know of any counsellors in the north west of England who could help me to find the strength to be the best Mum I can for them?

You could try your local carers office for help and support. They are good at listening and coming up with ways to help and find support just for you.
