Can Chronic Nausea Be A Symptom?

I agree that it is a symptom. I had my trauma throughout my childhood and I had a mystery illness in my childhood including vomiting nausea and I had many tests done including ultrasound of my abdomin and they could never find what was wrong. Now knowing I have had ptsd for a long time I think it was related to that because I grew out of the illness (for no logical reason ) but I also had sudden onset of high fevers with the vomiting so I am not sure if that could be from ptsd.

Do any of you clench or grind your teeth in your sleep? This can cause nausea particularly if you have a cross-bite. I have this also.

I mostly just feel really sick and I can't stand the idea, smell, or sight I food. Last night I was so nauseous I was almost gagging but at the same time I didn't throw up. Laying down and calming myself down can help a little, and if you can, try to drink some tea, specifically ginger, mint, and chamomile. I read up a bit and this can be caused by stress and anxiety, so that's why meditating or doing meditative things like @Jini helps.

Good luck to us all!
