Can Trauma Be Complicated By Home Situation

Ok. I guess I just don't understand it too well. I guess you can say those things were traumatic in some way. I guess they do bother me. I just am a mess and it's hard to wrap my head around all this and I just feel like a serious loser. I am really down lately I guess.

Hang in there redfox. It will come in time in bits and pieces. Let your understanding of it be enough for now. You've unloaded a lot on here and in therapy. That's a lot to all come out in the spin cycle. That's how my head feels sometimes, like it's all just spinning around with nothing to anchor any of it.

Yeah I do feel like that sort of with the spinning. I have not been this down in a while. I just feel like shit. Don't want to face anyone and wish I could just sleep all day except the nightmares don't let me sleep so I can't do that either.
