before I say this I really just want someone to tell me what the situation would be seen as thank you. I’m 31 backwards

I was six and my brother was four years old. I asked/told him to come into my room naked while I was naked. He did so and I told him to get on all fours so he did and i sat on his back, maybe we saw it as “horsey?” I’m not sure all I know is that it lasted less than ten seconds and then he returned to his room. I’m so confused because it happened so randomly after school…I didn’t see it as wrong or maybe I did or I was just curious I’m unable to remember…I’ve been thinking of this for more than a month and it’s gradually getting worse. I spoke to my dad but he said I should just forget about it because I was a kid but it’s impossible. It’s been almost a decade probably eight years

i also remember before that i would rub my privates ( with clothes on ) against objects and only once or twice on my brother just on the neck while he sat down on the couch i would go behind the couch and do that.

The people said that its a normal and that i shouldnt put so much attention and pressure on it or else it’ll become a obsession.

could you please just tell me if i was abusing him ( if he said no I wouldn’t have forced him or threatened him )or if it was some form of incest? Stopped after parents told us to stop this was the last time it happened It only happened 3 times that’s all the last one ( when we were naked or just in underwear) the top one please answer quick and don’t mind my shit spelling typing so fast

No, you didn’t abuse him.
No, it isn’t incest.
Yes, both playing naked as a child, and rubbing your privates on things a lot are incredibly normal behaviours.

What is concerning is how much these memories seem to be distressing to you. This isn’t something that needs to be causing you distress, and that’s the part that it might be worth talking to your school counsellor about, or reaching out to online youth mental health supports.
