The worst part of the festival is not being able to escape. It's good forcing yourself outside your comfort zone every now and then.
The drop bears were in the garbage the other night.
Heard an artist today. She wrote a song about PTSD dedicated to her father a Nam vet. It was called Man of War. Its about boys being given guns, being turned into Men of War and how they come home different and the effects it has on the family.
I am going to try get a recording or the lyrics to post

Mate, I stuck to the beer. There were people smoking pot there though. As an reformed addict, I still enjoy the smell but would never go back. I would lose everything I have.

Margaret knows her from previous years and I told her to get her song on CD.

I'm glad to hear that you had a good time at the festival Jimmy.

Sometimes we spend so much time fightin' this thing that we really do miss out on a lot. It can be a bit of work to, as you say, to go outside of your comfort zone but I think doing things like this are a really nice way to do that.
