It seems China is ahead of schedule on the development of their own stealth fighter technology, with its second test flight of its new aircraft.

Seems they will also have their first aircraft carrier ready a year prior than the US thought they would, launching expected next year 2011.
I think its a good thing actually, and hopefully the US can instead decommission more of its military, lessening its financial burden on its economy, and instead share things around the world with militaries and appropriate actions. If every country does its piece, then as a collective, no country should need to have the "bully" role.
