I do know that we can only have one thought in our minds at a time. If we can think positively of something, anything, we crowd the past out of our minds. I think we should try to think of the future, of how much it could be better than the past. I know this is very hard, but clearly the Bible says we should try.

Psalm 86 is a prayer written by King David, who is later described in the Bible as a "man after God's own heart." It is an example of how we should cry out to God when we are in trouble and need his help. Give this link time load, as it takes a bit longer than some other links:
