While I am doing my best and trying to stay optimistic, I’m suddenly worried a lot about funding for this surgery. It doesn’t look like the foundation can cover her surgery.

I'm sorry you have so much stuff going on..... I think it's enough to make anyone anxious -ptsd or no ptsd. :(
next time you get food panicky think food bank! Most communities (and a lot of college campuses) have one and a lot of college students use them to supplement their cupboards. You can get enough for a day or a week and also some confidence that they are there when you need one. and yes - you do deserve to use one. Many of the people using them these days are working full time. Money just doesn't go as far as it used to.

Have you looked at Care Credit for Nestle's surgery? Its a no interest loan you can get and make payments on. It used to only cover people but they are now also covering vet bills. Might be able to help

I really feel like I’d feel a lot better if (a) I didn’t smell like skunk (but someone had to carry that poor pupper up all those stairs), and (b) if my decapitated nipple would stop phantom itching, for the love of all that’s holy

(It’s a little funny though, so I’m glad for the comic relief at least)

I started a campaign to help Nestle. (Since it has my full name on it for verification reasons, I’d appreciate it if you don’t go looking for it. Donate to the forums instead! That helps too! lol)

Now I feel a bit better, a bit less stressed :) This will help at least a little bit

Such as Nestle’s fundraising being funded 124% (I rounded a lot so it’s probably 123.number%) in fourteen hours :D :D hopefully she won’t have any complications, but if she does, they just might be covered now.

If she has no complications and I just have extra money, I’m buying her that bike trailer and taking her on rides. She’s been so, so restless. Went from working full time to laying in one room all day. She keeps asking to go for long walks and runs :(

In the meantime, or just in case that doesn’t work out, I’ll take her to the lake. Swimming is nice
