Colorful and hopefully optimistic but maybe hateful occasionally

Sorry for the weird replies and not saying thank you for the nice things you’re saying. I am mostly on the mend. Had some setbacks today.

Told the lady, “So because of something someone else did to me, I can’t be eligible?” And she said “yup” and smiled at me. Probably a nervous smile, but still. What the f*ck. It’s not hard to treat me like everyone else. Literally ignore the dog unless it’s a health issue. An actual health issue. I’m not a subhuman for crying out loud.

No need to apologize to us at all. But seriously, there is no way that’s legal.

Here’s what ya do:

1. Find any higher ups from that organization and complain to them.

2. If they don’t listen, contact Health and Human Services. I’m not sure they can do anything, but they could tell you others to contact.

3. Contact your governor.

4. Contact the local media, preferably bigger names.

I haven't. I'm sick of having disabilities, I'm just going to go back to hiding them.

People around me haven't noticed anything. They just stop talking to me and refuse to ask me how my day was.

I'm sorry. I'll figure out how to contact them, maybe.

In a textbook I'm reading for class, someone not directly related to me but a Jew from the same city as my family in Russia who arrived at the same time as Noah Kramer and my grandfather (on the same ship) was mentioned. He was also famous for music. Thought that was neat.

My great uncle got so famous that he got to tour the entire world (except parts of Africa? also, not including Antarctica). Most libraries I go to have his music available. It's like a little Easter Egg Hunt looking for him. Kinda fun. More fun to find more people who may have been your family's neighbors -- before it was legal to rape Jewish women in the streets. Yeah, that literally happened. And worse things, crazily enough. But at least my family managed to get out. Hope the hatred goes away for good some day.

I have PTSD on both sides of the family, I bet. They just won't admit it. Or didn't know yet. My great uncle commit suicide. I found that out from a history book after my little brother found it and pointed out how weird it was that our grandfather never mentioned that.

I was trying to say something fun. Something happened again. Hmmm.

Trying again:

There was a "land hurricane" in the United States yesterday. Anyone see it? If it were in the ocean, it would have been less than a tropical storm, that's for sure. Not enough water evaporating to give it energy. What was energizing it, though, was a sudden FAST drop in pressure right in the middle of the United States. A drop in atmospheric pressure of 24 millibars in 24 hours. Right over Nebraska/Iowa. It seems likely that almost the entire United States was very windy :) Kinda a "bombogenesis," as weathery scientists call it

Praying for you sweet @littleoc! I just know something positive and life changing is right around the corner for you.

You have to talk to anyone who will listen. Network!!

Go to a DV shelter they are a great resource for information. Department of Human Services. Good Will. St. Vincent DePaul. Employment office. Your local hospital. The Police department. (You won't even have to explain, just ask if they can point you in the right direction, @Freida will know what to ask.) Move in with Grandma and Grandpa or brother for a few months. Look in your local area for rooms to rent. YWCA. Email your old professors and ask if they know of any employment opportunities in your field...

Somehow, we are going to come up with something that is going to work. You have to get away from there. I know you know that and you're trying as hard as humanly possible. That's how I know something is going to change.

You are loved!! Alot!! XO
Thank you for saying all the nice things you did.

Actually all of you.

I didn't respond properly but I read your words and they really helped.
