To me you are the Líon @littleoc. Even Lions get tired.I'm so disappointed in myself. I viewed myself as someone like Lion,
You've lost everything all your fur and feather babies.
You've lost your home.
This is upsetting to Lions as well.
Remember our brains lie to us. That our PTSD overwhelm us.
I there with you. I was removed by the welfare when I was 15. I tried every thing and at 56, and after 46 years I have not recovered and I am still struggling.I won't be remembered or loved like that, ever, and it's my fault because I can't just go through trauma and have it stop. It has to be ongoing for 30 years and nothing I do will stop it
The grief is totally normal. I feel sad at all your losses.Just trying so hard to be quiet and a good person about it, not make things worse through myself,
I tried being quiet and good. That's is back with the abuse.
Even when you do your best things go wrong. You've done amazingly despite being in such a tough place.
I did my best and it has been a disaster. You are not alone in this. I am with you step for step.
