Hello everyone, my name is Steven Lucius Beach II, but I tend to go by my middle name Lucius due to my father and I having the same name. I am a 10 year US Army National Guard (Fulltime AGR) veteran, have been out since 2011. I served in Iraq twice, in 2004 and again in 2008. I have been diagnosed and suffer PTSD and heavy anxiety and am finally breaking the circle of trying to deal with it all by my lonesome. I am privileged to have found and be a part of this site. Thank you for having me.

You have come across IMHO the most supportive site you could possibly have found.

I wish you every success and healing in your personal recovery journey with PTSD.

You may also want to check out our sister site Link Removed for full military support (that site is only for combat vet's whereas this one is a mix of combat and cicilian sufferers.
