I am doing okok.

Innordinate, if it is addiction, then how about setting a boundary. No trading for three days first. Then stretch to weekly. Weekly trading will be healthy in my opinion.

Boundaries never work. I think I've got all my points where I want them for the next week, it's just...trying to remember it's a game and not real money so I don't 'really' need to watch it every 3 seconds.
