Confusion??

Somedays I get a confused feeling at least that's what it feels like. This morning I woke up and found out a family member of mine had her baby.I called to congratulate them and while I was talking to them my fiance was also talking to me right when I woke up. I didn't here what he said at all and when I got off the phone I realized he left for work. I started to get in this weird place of mind like I didn't understand what was going on. I knew who I was and where I was at but nothing made sense. Has this happened to anyone else??
