Customer Advocate Apolgized For Perpetrator's Presence

Feeling a bit better, I gathered my courage to yet take another stab at having a voice. This time I got lucky and got a helpful person.

In following up from my Free Legal Aid attorney's advice, regarding my desire to file an anonymous complaint about the perpetrator who was known to be a repeat offender in the store I went to, where he harassed and threatened my life, today I made a call to the company's corporate office.

In addition to getting the address I needed, the person in the Customer Advocate department who took my call, apolgized to me, and then agreed with the attorney, that the private company can prohibit the perpetrator from using their store. My goal is to help other people not have to encounter this calculated, keenly sharp person from harassing them.

I finally felt like I got a satisfying response-from anyone that I have personally encountered (friends or therapists) since this event. This has made a difference. The miracle of compassionate validation. My anger is melting, the event fades a shade more, and more healing is occurring.

Plus they face legal liabilities if they knew about this but don't take action. (Negligence lawsuit) Great that you overcame fear and other feelings and acted. I hope that this individual trying to enter that store gets a wake-up call finally.
