So I have just found out I have to extended my work trip to the other-side of the country, leaving behind my support network (Dr's and cat). The bad part is that I have not worked a full week since my systems became worse. The extremely dangerous part is I have to travel with 20 venomous snakes and train people how to handle them. I cant say no as there is no one to replace me and for the first time I actually feel out of my comfort zone with it. I know this seems a bit extreme but cPTSD can put you in the most bizarre of situations. If anyone has any advice how to keep my s@#t together I would love to know...... I seriously can't get out of it as it pays my therapy bills too.
