No one on the forum can tell you for sure; you'll have to work with a psychologist or other qualified, experienced mental health professional.
That said, my understanding, which may not be worth the electrons I'm using to write this, is that it's a bit of a "None of the Above" diagnosis. It means, "well, it sure seems like a dissociative disorder of some kind, but is doesn't really fit with PTSD, or DID, or x, y, or z".
So it's not likely the symptoms you have will match up with someone else. Each individual is so complex that one could argue that there's a WillyKAT diagnosis and a Secret diagnosis. There's also lots of overlap with other disorders. DD-NOS just acknowledges that your symptoms best fit a wider bucket. Hope that helps.
