General Dealing With The 'explosive' Anger?

Hi Yo Betty,

You have a very tough situation on your hands, and I can't offer anything to help with your N, but I wonder what you do for yourself? Do you take time for yourself? Get away for a day? Get a massage or a mani/pedi? Take an evening for yourself to relax instead of cooking and cleaning and the rest?

All of those things sound very trite as I write them, but I had a slightly similar situation with my ex (no PTSD), and found it crucial for me to take those times for myself. It did help a bit. Those times also help to sort of process and think a bit and maybe come up with some creative ideas to help your situation.

I do hope you take time for yourself. This is a good place to vent!
