Welcome to the site. I'm sorry you have been through so much but you will only find compassion, understanding, support and good advice here. That's why it is such an amazing place. I love the idea of a healing circle and especially the idea of a circle hug. Sending you a circle hug too if ok. Oh and thank you for the post you answered on PTSD forum tonight. I'm mightsurvive on there. That name is no longer relevant to me as I most definitely WILL survive...just like you will despite the massive difficulties you have like in "staying together".
