I'm finding it hard to pick myself back up the last couple weeks....especially when I'm that person that can usually just shake it off. Even my therapist said I'm the epitome of "keep calm and carry on" and when it was just affecting me, I could deal with that but now I'm getting tearful and snappy with my little ones (6,7 and 8 years) and I hate it. What works for you? How do you pick yourself back up? TIA
