Hello friend, welcome,
I think I can only agree with Muse here, while it may seem like the only method of escape would be suicide, I promise you that, as cheesy as it sound, it truly is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Rather than focusing on how everything that is happening is unable to be coped, perhaps make a plan or a list of ideas to help you get across these situations in a healthy manner? For example, if this is happening in a school environment and people are bullying you, you have every right to go to a school counselor and firmly iterate that you're being harassed by peers.
Calling hotlines and talking with social workers or therapists are all very good responses and options offered here as well.
Have you heard of mindfulness and grounding techniques? These are techniques that can help you focus more on being kind to yourself, and focusing on what's going on in the present, and are widely used to help individuals suffering from varying disorders.
I know that you must be struggling so, so much with what you're going through. I know it's hard. Know that your experiences, your feelings and emotions are valid, and you are a human being deserving of respect. You are capable of being loved, and you are not defined by the words and behaviors of others. That's their fault for being bullies, not yours. :)
