Hi DWTGU
Honesty is what we do best here and so far all I have read is honest opinions.
A short true story for you, though it did not involve PTSD, which may also be the case with your girl, but seems apt for your situation.
Quite a few years ago I met a guy who thought I was wonderful, unfortunately I did not feel the same way about him. He was nice enough, just not for me.
He became almost like a stalker, always ringing me always telling me he would wait for ever for me, until it got too much and I ended the relationship, well I thought I had.
It took him months to finally get the message that when I said "Do not ring me, or contact me again" I meant it.
He would ring with some excuse, call with some excuse, until finally I had to threaten him with the Police for harassment.
He finally got the message.
So please, hard as it is, let her be, respect her wishes and walk away, before it ends up getting messy. Find someone who does want to be with you.
