I love this one alot too! It will be one I post on my mirror and read everytime I look in it and start to tear myself down by word, thought, and deed! I will be working this week on saying good-bye to negative self-talk, self-harm, and self-destruction

I'm taking a risk by asking this, and probably sounding riduculous, but does anyone have a suggestion as to one thing I might be able to do for myself, to show kindness to my wounded child?

What kinds of things did you enjoy doing as a child? Any sort of play: hobby, etc? That was what I used as my barometer when doing inner child work.
