Did 10k

I did a 10k today & I did it in under 50 minutes.

Something I’ve wanted to do for a long time & I was able to clear my mind, grit my teeth & carry on!

I think it’s to do it in under 45.. or to do a half marathon, can’t decide.

Done a lot of martial arts over the years, I’m enjoying doing something different right now, but I do feel the itch to get back out there.

I’ve done karate, boxing & kickboxing mainly, but I’ve also done some Muay Thai, Eskrima & a little BJJ.

I would go back & do BJJ if I was to go & do it. How about you?
