Hey all ... as I've started facing the fact that I have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), I've decided I need a unified place to share what's happening with that as I figure out what it means and how I'm supposed to live in the "real" world when I'm so often teetering between several unseen ones.

In my day to day relationships, I feel bound to keep up the act that everything is ordinary. I feel like I have to hide, or they'll stop me from moving overseas. So, I need a place where the mask isn't necessary. That's sort of the purpose of the blog. A place to be exposed, a place to figure out what this is, what it means for me, how it effects my reality. I want it to be a little more formal than my diary here ... more of a processing notebook of sorts and also a way to keep DID issues and abuse/PTSD issues organized by having separate places to talk about them.

Anyway, you all have always been amazing here ... and I guess I hope that maybe some of you will take the time to read this occasionally as well. This has always been a place I've come to speak without fear, it would be comforting to know that you're coming along with me on this journey as well...

I will read this and look at your updates.
I personally have not very many readers or commenters on mine. It makes me sad. :(
