Disappointed with ourselves (did parts). I've been on psych meds for a long time now.. Recently with instruction by my med provider we went down a dose on two meds. The parts of me became quiet and it didn't feel good. Since decreasing the meds, it hasn't gone well. Symptoms are back, some worse than others.
I'm trying to say I'm frustrated. I have to take medicine to so I can function and do what needs to be done.
