Does social media help or make things harder for you?

I pretty much don't have it in my life - harder, it makes my life harder.

I love ticktok for the funny videos and all the nonsense side because it's a great way to laugh. I have to be careful not to get sucked into the doom and gloom side or I'll be down the rabbit hole before I know it. Can't stand facebook - to much drama, and don't use any of the others cause I'm just not that interested in people
