Hey all! I don't have DID, or at least not that I know, but I noticed that I do dissociate sometimes, more lightly. It is a struggle to stay present while in therapy and just in life in general. I don't really know how to deal with it, or how to heal from it. I just make a huge inner effort and it working but I was just thinking if there are techniques or a few tips I can use from those of you who managed to make it go away? Or at least manage it. Thanks!!!!!! Appreciate it <3
