Red light causes me to feel like I am drowning. Then I have tunnel vision for a second and I pass out. I wake up on the floor after only a few moments. I discovered this happens to me after our curtain rod got destroyed by our cat and my gf temporarily hung a red blanket over it. When the sun was setting it shone through and made the entire room red. The feeling was awful but it didn't last long. Now I am wary of it and avoid it.

Oh... I should probably mention that my therapist did pinpoint this as a trigger from a serious traumatic event.
