I love the saying that Sometimes the best place to see God is from you knees. Spirituality is a part of everything I do. I study the bible every day. Prayer is so important as well. One of my favorite scriptures when I really needed support is
Philippians 4:6,7-Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let your petitions be made known to God, and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.
So many people today think that it is Gods job to prove himself to us. I think it is the other way around. We need to prove our value to Him.
O

My spiritual practices are sporadic and I can't say that I have specifically moved in this direction as the result of PTSD
