Thanks everyone for your help :)! My thoughts are sometimes just like horrible images - when I'm exhausted, like creepy spiders or something - can that be PTSD too? Some EMDR retraumatised me and it was all about creepy, scary images. Man, I just feel so scared ALL the time and don't know how to calm myself down.
How do you guys manage this stuff?
Right now I'm trying to get some shut eye and the creepy intrusive images, they all seem like weird daydreams about scary things are just frightening me. I guess trying to accept that they are the product of panic and nothing to actually be sacred of? I mean really they are just flickering thoughts or images in my mind...just scary to not feel in control and have scary things pop up.
