I just wanted to ask you, the work that you were doing where you felt stabilization, did it involve critical thinking?
I ask this because you have the most developed critical thinking I've seen on this site. And it is an area where not only are you competent, but exceptional.
I enjoy your post because you cut to the heart of the matter and offer clarity and direction. No fluff, no bullshit.
That's rare and I think, valuable.
For me though, I'm finding it really hard to make any ground in therapy while I am out of work...I have to use my right brain in my work because my left brain never shuts off, it's relentless..I must be creating something in order to be "still" enough to process...
