I think napping is kind of an escape or break for me. It makes me stop and calm my thoughts. Place things into perspective by prioritizing the to do list.
It's a mini-mental vacation to me.
 
yes definitely..
most of the time. but if woken up in wrong cycle/early - has opposite effect.

it does take alot of discipline to do this tho... i know when i have lived on my own, i knew to force myself to have a sleep and get over it.. but being with the expectations of others and "youre an adult, you just dont do those things" both from parent/siblings but also guilt prone now being a parent & wife..
 
I voted yes, somewhat. Napping was actually recommended by my sleep specialist to be added into my daily routine. It's hard to add them routinely but when I do, I notice some difference.
