Hate Americans? Some, like your new president, anyone claiming to be a member of the KKK, anyone who throws an egg at a returning veteran, that sort of people.

The rest of the hard working, everyday ordinary people with a basic understanding of human decency. Are just fine in my books. Pretty sure you fit into the good category Eve.

I thought about this whole thing. They didn't vote as much for him as they are afraid of who will end up on the supreme Court.

They are also angry over Benghazi still. And always will be.

I personally would have much. Much. Rathered two other candidates. Not those. Im still in shock over the choices we were stuck with.

One commenter this morning (was watching all three major networks this morning so don't remember which one) remarked about the stated exodus if Trump was elected by pundits and celebs and whether or not those who said they're leaving actually leave.... said something like, it is a fundamental difference that conservatives, even when they lose love the country and hang in til the time comes to go again to try to get representatives .... when the liberals/progressives lose they trend more likely to bash/hate their country and want to leave. Good point... it's not a game where if you lose you pick up your marbles and go home. If it is, then don't let the door hit em in the ass.

I know everyone is upset, and scared, and I am not trying to step on that. I just wanted to put in my take on ObamaCare that is in much needed change.

ObamaCare is already in the process of failing. It's f*cked my group insurence all up. And so many that need insurence can't get ObamaCare.

My step mom needs insurence but Florida never expanded Medicare and ObamaCare (Florida Blue) was priced high and then it doubled and though would have had to pay it and resend in a form to see if the government would susidize anything more. They never took it out because it was already too much and they already couldn't pay the orginal amount.

She can't get on Medicaid as it wasn't expanded here.

So they were planning to divoce so that my dad's SS and VA disabilty wouldn't count as income and/or move to GA where Medicaid did expand.

A co-worker last night told me her sister was denied ObamaCare stating she didn't "qualify" (you have to qualify for forced health care?) but penalized her for not having it.

I think, after this all settles, many will see that expanded Medicaid is either the same or better. And have a 2nd choice, a health savings plan which sucks for the sick but is a wonderful choice for the healthy.

And then open the States to compete against each other will drive the prices lower.

And f*cked up group insurence (mine) can go back to normal.

I am looking foward to a new and better health care reform.

I do agree that disgust and disappointment with the failings of Obamacare did contribute to the rise of Trump.

It's all about fear/anger plus hunger/stress/pain = a cray for a strongman. Exit polling showed 27 percent of voters wanted a strongman. Someone to just come in and fix it all.

Trump will have his hands full with establishment politicians on both sides, however he is beholden to no one. He is probably not a dyed in the wool conservative though either... so I expect the next 4 years will be a lot of give and take on both sides of a very divided nation.
