@Kaia can you figure out what things affect you and others don't? What ranges? Health care providers are flipping dangerous with this issue. And abusive. In the US hospital I was in back in December the providers seemed okay with it but in Canada they just wouldn't get it. One nurse.... oh, nvm. It was horrifying to me.
I also noticed when I had the pancreatitis (I still am affected by it) that my hand goes to the location that is 'hurting' me (although it doesn't hurt). Once my hand goes to my abdomen I know I need to sit down and take anti-inflammatories. I am now learning to read hand signals (my own) to see what is having a problem.
This is a perfect way to describe it. It took me seven years to figure out that 'so, so impossibly cold' was actually tired. I had no idea. Hot when triggered.So, so impossibly cold
