Does anyone know if there is a Dorset or West Hampshire support group? Not combat, or somewhere where there is a mix of reasons, not just military? Just feeling up to facing it a bit more now that I see a psych weekly. Thanks.
 
I haven't found any established all inclusive support groups in the south of England to be honest. I'm here if you want to talk to another UK person though, I think a few of us might end up getting together and making a decent support group soon
