Escrow Closes Next Wednesday!

I just got off of the phone with my agent and the park owner gave the buyer park approval. So she will pay next months space rent. I am finally free of the place that holds such bad memories for me.

I am in shock and the reality has not yet soaked in. I am celebrating with a beet.

What a huge load has been lifted off of my shoulders today. I feel such relief. I really needed the money so badly as well.

I am free at last.

LOL Hashi, I meant a beer. It was a typo. I am in shock about this happening after having my home on the market for nine months. The reality has not yet soaked in. I raise a beet to you too.

However you celebrate, it's definitely worth celebrating. You have been through very tough times there. I know you've been working hard to recover and make life better. To be able to literally walk away is a real validation of that I think.
