Wait hold on a moment! You mean everyone doesn't wake up with pain of one sort or the other? People relax in their sleep? People sleep restfully and awake alert, ready to meet the day?

Yeah, sucks, huh? Thirty minutes, ugh, I agree that it's all about the PTSD. It seems that only once in awhile when I've settle through a "relaxing" understanding of the process (no, I don't know what I really mean by that) do I wake in less pain, having had a decent night's rest.
Ronin, I totally agree about the exercise and I try to get it in every day just for sanity's sake and anxiety. Stretching is a must or I would simply become a ball of tightened up tendons and bones.
