Experience with Wellways in Australia

I am just wondering if anybody has had experience with this service as I have been referred there.

Hey @macbeth I have not heard of this organisation. I did a search for it. There were limited reviews. It seems that (as usual) there are some workers within the organisation that have a big problem with the way things are done - towards them and clients by Management and other staff and then there was a review from Management and Supervisors saying the opposite. :wtf:

The organisation seems to have a big foot in the door via NDIS. So as that money rolls in they will probably get a bigger footprint in the mental health industry. So, if you are using your NDIS money - be wary of spending it too quickly until they demonstrate they can provide what you need. :hug:

I have a great friend who worked for them in a peer capacity. She is very qualified and amazing. She left, very fed up. Said they treated the peer workers very poorly. This was in Lismore though. I imagine it would greatly depend on the people.

Thank you. I've been accepted to the partners in recovery program and a bit nervous as i don't know much about what they do. I have done the intake and met my worker but nervous about the whole thing.
