@oneday - thanks for your kind words. I hope so - that great things will come my way.

@SheilaKathy yes the things about news and such Ive been thinking about that I should avoid more in order to feel more at peace. But I do things do that is calming. Nature, walks, photgraphy, trail run, yoga and such.
 
@Bloomy, and everyone else too, I forget if I mentioned but listening to Harp music is a lot of peacefulness. I listen to it on Youtube, even when I sleep sometimes. There are many selections and types of it, some specifically for sleep and others for study and others are concerts by classical musicians and so on. There are child prodigies that play the harp too. It is so peaceful, this kind of music. I have it on right now in fact and have had it on for at least the last 24 hours or so. Some of the videos are 6-8 hours long too, so you don't have to do a thing, just put it on and let it calm your spirit. It works wonders!
