Yeah... but long term bad eating in the long run... however he might change his diet... I think he is on his way to getting better and working hard on it and he will change his diet then.

I just posted about a book I read (Dr Berg's New Body Type Guide) and caffeine is horrible for you if you have stress! I know that sometimes people like us just want to eat convenient food, or junk, or not eat at all but this book convinced me that eating according to your body type (depending on your current physical looks & symptoms) is worth it for your health. I honestly believe that this way of eating will help me tremendously. So maybe give that book a read, or at least watch Dr. Berg's Youtube videos.I think he drinks enough, water but also stuff that is not as healthful such as soda or energy drink or coffee.
His diet is unfortunately not that great and currently it is very lousy (like I described above). How is he supposed to have a great diet when he does not feel like eating?
But he sometimes add psyllium husks or linseed to a drink or a pudding to make it more healthful.
What do you other guys eat when you do not feel like eating?
Keep in mind that habitual diets like this one have often become a safety behaviour. So any changes he tries to make will be more successful long term if they’re introduced in a gradual and compassionate way.
So maybe give that book a read, or at least watch Dr. Berg's Youtube videos.
