@NatBird I used to do a lot of exercise but the last year has been hard with one thing and another and I have ended up putting myself at the bottom of the pile and stopped doing anything. I need to get exercising again, the thought of going back to the gym makes me really uncomfortable so hoping to find an alternative. I have tried Yoga in the past, I used to do some every morning but I struggle to relax on the mat like I know I should do and couldn't get into it. I don't play an instrument I used to but I have no commitment for anything lol what instrument do you play? I have been sitting here typing for the last hour so hoping that'll be my thing!
