How very sad.
Unfortunately with terrible accidents like this people always feel they need someone to blame, to get justice.
HOw ridiculous to even think this child committed murder. FOr a start you would have to have sound understanding of the results of your actions. A five year old will have no concept of life and death how we know it. You cant even say it was manslaughter even though it was unintentional. Unless it was of demished responsibility. Then what? She goes through years of hell, without really knowing why.
I have to agree with missantisunshine in regards to lessons being learnt from this and these lessons must be taught to all involved, the parents, the sixteen year old and the law.
