It happens :p, hopefully not very often, but it does.
If your emotional state is easier, I would venture to guess (from my own experience) that you're sore from the intense work you gave your muscles on Friday.
I hope you have another appointment with your T, this week. I would suggest telling him/her, so they can be aware of what is happening wiith you physically, and help you learn how to relax and get present during the flashback, so it's not so intense for your body or mind.
I hope you feel much better, soon! Maybe you can do some gentle, healing things for yourself and your sore muscles...
A warm epsom salt bath, gentle stretching and walking to help your circulation move the lactic acid out of your muscles, etc... You need some nice nurturing for your spirit - you went through a lot on friday. (Flowers, a funny movie, chocolate, something that feed, nurtures and soothes your spirit...)
