Hi
@Compass307
I don't have an iPhone unfortunately but I'm using Joplin for my own journalling, then anything I want to share with my T, I then put on Penzu I paid for a year long subscription (only £12.50 ish for a whole year). So that means I can make multiple books.
I have one for T to write a summary of the session - my amnesia is so bad at the moment I can't remember big chunks of what was covered in the session before, making it hard to move forward, so T writes a reminder each time of what we discussed). I then have a book also for my reflections I want us to cover the next session. Given my states shift frequently and I can't remember thoughts and feelings once I'm out of them, this is perfect for us both to see what's happening between session and it's helping me connect to the states also. Which is really hard emotionally but needs to happen.
I'm about to start a book for communicating with my parts too which I'm nervous about. But I think it's a necessary step.
All in all I'd say penzu is great. And in terms of confidentiality it's perfect as you need a password to get into each book you open (I give T my passwords as he can view anything I have in penzu).
The only thing I'm not sure of is what would happen if penzu folded. I hope I would be notified to save my entries but I'm unclear on this.
Oh and you can also upload different file types on penzu. So when I can't explain something with words, I try to draw out, using art to express what words can't. And T finds this very useful, he feels he understands things in an emotional level more than maybe what I could convey with words.
Hope that helps
