Free Hugs

Could I have one please....I've just been onto the phone to the Samaritans. Needed someone to actually talk too that wouldn't judge me. Got my Occupational Health thing tomorrow. I suppose its inevitable that all the stuff I'd tried to build up would come down at some point. Up can't build a castle on defiance and adrenaline. But GEEZ... I am not looking forward to the distress and exhaustion of explaining this again and then being expected to come up with the answer. I feel too tired to defend or represent myself well. I'm worried about losing it with them. I'm almost looking forward to being kicked when I'm down because its less effort. Makes a change from fighting.
